How the free period works
- The first 30 days are free and we do not charge your card during them.
- A card is required to start. On day 31 your subscription starts automatically and we charge €14.00.
- Cancel any time before then, in one click, and you pay nothing at all. We email you before the free period ends.
After that
Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from your billing settings; it stops the next renewal and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
If you are a consumer you have 14 days from signing up to withdraw, without giving a reason. Separately, whatever you are: tell us within 14 days of your first payment that you want to stop and we refund it in full.
If you stop paying, your page stops taking new bookings. Appointments already booked stay in your calendar, your clients keep their cancellation links, and you can still issue refunds.
