Terms of Service

Ojapest is booking software. The professional you book with (the operator) provides the actual service and is solely responsible for it. Ojapest is not a party to the appointment and does not provide personal-services itself.

The operator sets their own services, prices, hours, and policies. Your agreement for the appointment is with the operator, not with Ojapest.

Some services require a deposit to confirm the booking. While you complete payment, the time slot is held for you for 30 minutes. If payment is not completed in that window, the hold is released and the slot becomes available again.

A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds (for deposit services) or once you submit the booking (for services without a deposit).

Payments are processed by Stripe. The deposit is charged directly to the operator's own Stripe account: the operator is the merchant of record. Ojapest never holds, controls, or has access to your money.

Your card details are entered into and handled by Stripe. Ojapest does not see or store your full card number.

If the operator cancels a paid booking, the operator refunds your deposit to the payment method you used. Ojapest passes that instruction to Stripe on the operator's behalf. The money comes from the operator's account, not from Ojapest.

Your deposit is refunded if the operator cancels your booking, or if you cancel within the operator's cancellation policy. In any other case, including cancelling outside that policy or not attending, you owe the operator an agreed cancellation fee equal to the deposit, and the operator sets your deposit off against that fee.

To change or cancel an appointment, use the link in your confirmation email or contact the operator directly.

Use the booking page only to make genuine bookings. Do not submit false details, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

Ojapest provides the booking software on an as-is basis and is responsible only for that software. The operator is responsible for the appointment, the service delivered, and their own policies. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. For questions about the booking tool, contact hello@ojapest.com. For questions about a specific appointment, contact the operator. These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.

Ojapest is a product of Andre Blunt Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (Andre Blunt Kft), a limited liability company registered in Hungary. Andre Blunt Kft is the contracting party under these terms. "Ojapest" is a product name, not a separate legal entity.
